We had a wonderful time with Acona Methodist Church in Acona, MS. I wish you all could have been there with us. Acona Methodist Church celebrated its 138 Homecoming and we were privileged to be a part of it. Just across the lawn of the church, there stands a wooden white building that was the school back in the historical day of Acona. Can you believe this is the site of the first consolidated school in the Nation!!! You must see it if you are ever in the area. Just an awesom area for history and a peaceful rest for your soul. Glad to have been an honored speaker at their Homecoming. May 2 and 3 finds Lesha's Loft in Montego Bay with the Miles McPherson and Luis Palau Ministries. Can't wait to see the blessings God has in store for all of us. Will certainly let you know how it goes upon our return. Please keep us prayed up. Toward the end of April I will be attending a Grief Seminar in Birmingham, AL which will further educate me in the counseling of those experiencing loss or grief of any type. May brings some exciting school assemblies in Butler PA with the Moraine Summer Park Festival. The area Festival Office is run by Adele Duffy and at 724-431-2397, she can answer any of your questions.
