Lesha began her life in Crowder, Mississippi born to parents Barbara and Bob Campbell. Both parents were educators and heavily encouraged education as one of the highest priorities for a happy productive life. They also encouraged individuality within their three daughters. Around age 5, Lesha found her interests to be revolving around ventriloquism and her parents jumped at the chance to help her polish the gifts she obviously possessed. Her grandparents also got in on the game by supplying the first characters (puppets) Lesha used.

As Lesha grew in her ability as a ventriloquist, she worked and purchased her first character, Dennis. Dennis is over 20 years old, but still in the running as a crowd pleaser. Other characters were added to Lesha’s troupe as the demand for her performances exploded. Over the years Sally, LeRoy, Ledo, Oz the Buzzard, Leonard, and Nicolette have joined forces to create Lesha’s live performance titled Lesha’s Loft.

Lesha’s Loft travels all over the United States and Canada carrying the torch of “inspiring, motivating and enlightening people through love, harmony and education.”

For the past 10 years Lesha has shared her life and love of life by blending her gifts with businesses, civic organizations, educational institutions, corporate events, festivals, etc... You name it, she’s been there in the fields.
